Our Mission and Values
We are a nonprofit organization that introduces industry knowledge, innovation, education, preparation, integrity, focus, commitment, and responsibility to give male youths a vision and path for a financial and economically sustainable future. Our value comes from exemplifying the job and career opportunities frequently overlooked and seldom seen or experienced by minority youths from traditional to nontraditional roles.
Developing Boys to Gainfully Employed Men
Giving underrepresented minority youth a vision and plan to inspire, equip, and assure them with viable career options they are then prepared to accomplish by focused application of themselves to realize the sustainable financial future they want.
Why DBGEM?
DBGEM envisions male minorities prepared for life after high school with post-secondary education, certification, and training in career and job fields least represented by minorities. Connecting young people with opportunities to transform their lives.
